AI Voice and SMS agents can now be configured to check your calendars and schedule callbacks or appointments in a 3rd party scheduling platform. Use the built-in Gather Date/Time and Scheduled Callback actions to collect a time from the caller and validate it against your Regal business hour templates before scheduling a callback—no manual follow-up needed! Or, create a custom action to schedule an appointment directly in Cal.com, Google Calendar, or Outlook, leveraging our code snippets. AI agents automatically report on conflicts and will suggest the next available time if the requested slot is taken.
