Define your own custom data points such as call reason, responses to specific questions, or issue resolution status, and Regal will automatically capture this information from live conversations, making it immediately accessible through the call.analysis.available event and in Reporting. Our new voicemail settings give you more control over how AI Agents handle unanswered calls, making it easier to tailor the agent experience to your brand, use case and outreach goals. Choose between a pre-recorded voicemail for brand consistency and lower cost or a personalized voicemail that dynamically references contact attributes for increased engagement. In addition, you can assign agent-specific voicemails.
