With live transcription, you'll see exactly what the agent hears, how it responds, and which actions it triggers. With full visibility into its speech, decision paths, and action calling/results, you can quickly spot issues and modify your agent with confidence.
AI SMS agents can now access the same powerful Knowledge Bases used by your voice agents for controlled and accurate responses. Upload webpages, docs, or plain text to build shared or agent-specific knowledge sets. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to configure a custom web scraping schedule (i.e. weekly or on specific days) to keep information fresh based on your business needs.
Configure how many tasks (voice, SMS, email, voicemail, custom tasks) each agent can handle concurrently right from the Agent Slideout. With this update, you have full control over AI and human agent capacity to better manage workloads and ensure balanced task queues.
The new Regal Chrome Extension brings calling, texting, emailing, and task management into a compact Agent Desktop that runs alongside your existing tools. Agents can resize it, run multiple tabs in the background, and refresh tabs without dropping calls, making Regal’s Agent Desktop more flexible than ever.

You can now let specific email addresses create tasks in Regal even if their domains are blocked, so critical communications come through while noise stays out.
You can now generate contacts using an email’s Reply-To address instead of the sender, improving accuracy when emails are forwarded or sent via third parties.
